The Onsite Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting and administrative functions at a client facility. This role ensures seamless coordination of the hiring process, candidate engagement, and compliance with staffing requirements. As a representative of TRC on-site, the Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with both TRC leadership and the client to meet workforce demands and provide an excellent candidate and employee experience.
Coordinate and support all phases of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling.
Assist with onboarding processes such as new hire paperwork, orientations, and background checks.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Track candidate pipeline and support weekly hiring goals and metrics.
Serve as a liaison between TRC, client leadership, and candidates to ensure hiring needs are being met efficiently.
Communicate start dates, shift schedules, and role expectations to new hires.
Assist in organizing and executing hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns on site.
Provide updates to the client and TRC leadership regarding staffing progress and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of applicant flow, candidate documentation, and hiring activity in compliance with company and legal standards.
Update and manage data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and client platforms.
Monitor attendance and performance reports as needed to support ongoing workforce management.
Assist with employee engagement efforts including satisfaction surveys, check-ins, and recognition programs.
1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination experience (onsite experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
