Our Yuba City Toyota dealership has experienced rapid growth recently, and we are looking to add motivated finance professionals to our team. We pride ourselves on a professional, family-oriented environment that values work-life balance. Our finance staff typically work 40 hours a week, with earnings ranging from $10,000 to $18,000 per month, especially during high sales months. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $16.50 plus performance-based commissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building rapport with customers Driving profitability through accurate financial performance Presenting and demonstrating vehicles professionally Reporting to the Sales Manager Assessing customer financing needs and presenting options Processing finance transactions in compliance with laws Gaining product knowledge to assist customers Handling administrative processes promptly and according to policy Providing exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty Verifying paperwork and securing payments Seeking lender approvals and handling cancellations Expectations: Minimum 3 years of finance experience Customer service background Valid drivers license and sales license Positive attitude and strong communication skills Desire to achieve sales goals Applicable manufacturer certifications Ability to adhere to dealership policies and deadlines All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background, insurability, and drug screening.
