TRCTalent is working alongside a global motor vehicle manufacturer with a cutting-edge location in Savannah, GA. This is their first dedicated EV and hybrid facility in the world

About the Role

As General Affairs Manager, you will oversee projects, operations, and services that ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-focused workplace at the firm's first dedicated EV plant. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage facilities and vendors, and deliver high-quality employee services while aligning with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead system, infrastructure, and process improvement projects; manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
• Facilities & Operations: Oversee daily facility operations, utilities, and shared spaces; conduct inspections and plan long-term infrastructure needs.
• Administration: Maintain records, streamline workflows, and manage company assets.
• Vendor & Contracts: Source and manage service providers; negotiate agreements and monitor performance.
• Employee Services: Enhance cafeteria, janitorial, team wear, and workplace support programs; address employee feedback.
• Budget & Reporting: Manage operational and capital budgets; track KPIs and report performance.
• Events & VIP Support: Coordinate logistics for executive visits, board meetings, and company events.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in administration, facilities, or general affairs (5+ in management).
• Proven expertise in cross-functional project leadership, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, facility operations, and administrative processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience a plus.
