Job Description

A growing private jet provider, seeking an experienced accounting professional.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, office administration, and providing accurate financial reports. You will ensure that the company follows accounting principles and tax laws, advise on company growth and improvement, and establish and maintain accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and in-depth analysis
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P)
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts, prepare monthly, quarterly reports
• Handle dispute/chargeback management
• Provide strategic financial advice to support company growth and operational improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized accounting procedures and controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial planning with business goals.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial data and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and tax laws
• CPA certification preferred but not required
