TITLE: Warehouse Order Selector
DIVISION: Warehouse
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
• Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
• Work overtime as required.
• Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15-55 pounds.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)
• 
  COMPETITIVE SALARY:
  • $21.50/Hour starting + Premiums (if applicable) + Performance Incentive
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A willingness to work overtime and weekends.
  • Ability to focus and keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a Freezer environment with proper protective equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
  • Able to take selection direction through headset, and verbally repeat alpha-numeric directions and commands
    SCHEDULE:
    Flexible or as business needs
    All shifts are until work is completed.
    Shift times above subject to change due to seasonality and business needs.*
