Job Requisition: Vice President of Sleep Services

Position Title : Vice President of Sleep Services
Reports To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) OR DELEGATE
Department : Clinical Operations
Location : New York and/or Remote / Hybrid

Job Summary

The Vice President of Sleep Services will lead and oversee the strategic development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive sleep services program within Empass Healthcare. This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and patient-centered sleep health solutions while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and clinical outcomes. The VP will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align sleep services with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for sleep services, including growth initiatives, operational plans, and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in sleep health services.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success and continuously improve service delivery.
Clinical Oversight
  • Partner with clinical leaders to ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development of sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services, including sleep labs, telehealth solutions, and remote patient monitoring programs.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and expand access to sleep care.
Business Development
  • Identify and develop partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, corporate wellness programs, and technology vendors.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative service models, including subscription services, pay-per-use models, and employer wellness packages.
  • Support the integration of sleep services into the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Team Management
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of clinical and operational staff dedicated to sleep services.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the department.
  • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members.
Technology and Innovation
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimize sleep tracking devices, apps, and telemedicine platforms.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI, data analytics, and personalized wellness applications into the sleep services offering.
Qualifications Education
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A clinical background (e.g., MD, DO, RRT, or PhD in Sleep Medicine) is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in sleep medicine or related services.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling sleep programs or healthcare services.
  • Strong background in business development, operational management, and strategic planning.
Skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and data for service delivery and optimization.
Certifications
  • Certification in Sleep Medicine or Polysomnography (e.g., RPSGT) is a plus.
