LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fontana, California.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Case Management
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 08/18/2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

• Inpatient sepsis or patient education experience
• ER or critical care experience
• Patient discharge and follow-up education for sepsis patients
• EPIC experience
• 8a-6p shift, with alternating weekends
• 13 weeks assignment

Will initially be trained at a call center - Fontana, CA

 

Moved to Remote work after a couple of weeks of training.
