JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Parberry Manager Reports to: General Manager Job Summary: Parberry Manager is responsible for managing staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the stores mission. Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities including opening/closing procedures. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain accurate records of sales, donations, and inventory. Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally. Promote a welcoming and friendly shopping experience. Inventory & Merchandising: Manage intake, sorting, pricing, and display of donated items. Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock regularly. Ensure quality control of merchandise. Financial Oversight: Meet or exceed sales goals and manage store budget.
