Job Description

A K-12 School in Brockton, MA is seeking a qualified Paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom activities for the current school year (CSY). This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with educators and students in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional materials and support to students.
• Provide individualized assistance to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
• BCAT (Board Certified Assistive Technology) certification preferred.
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to suit student needs.
