Observe and shadow staff within the Clinical Research Center in order to gain a better understanding of research (e.g., laboratory, regulatory, study coordinators, pharmacy, etc.). Interact in a courteous and professional manner with patients/subjects and families who are participants in research studies. Develop curricula around clinical research topics to be utilized in the STEPPS initiatives. Work collaboratively with Clinical Research Center staff and faculty and other program participants to workshop and revise curricula.
