Job Description: Here is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities and duties the Pastor of Christ Church Conway must fill:

• Deliver engaging, Christ-centered, covenantal sermons, that demonstrates the unity of scripture
• Lead and coordinate worship services and weekly liturgy
• Collaborate with volunteer staff to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to members
• Engage with the community, attend community events and become part of the fabric of Conway
• Foster hospitality and lead by example; comfortable in both large and small settings

Position Qualifications: Below are the qualifications we are looking for our new pastor to meet:

• Ordained or eligible for ordination in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, spiritual leadership, and community engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outreach, discipleship, and teaching within the church body: including visiting the sick, attending church events and leading classes
• Able to empower and develop others to use their gifts for the building of the church Proficient in organizational and administrative tasks
