What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Facilitate team progress towards goals and organize Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-Ups
• Support communication and relationship-building efforts across teams to enhance flow and throughput
• Eliminate impediments by engaging relevant stakeholders and improving transparency
• Nurture a Lean-Agile mindset within teams and the organization to drive cultural change
• Lead initiatives to improve business agility and overall team effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Lean and Agile methodologies, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) required upon hire
• Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train
• Background in leading change and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with value stream mapping and applying Lean techniques
• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer preferred
• Experience in Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices
