Nocturnist Physician at Summit Recruiting Group summary:

Seeking a part-time Nocturnist Physician to provide overnight care in a hospital setting, including ICU coverage and managing an average of four admissions per night. Part-Time Nocturnist opening - Seneca, Pennsylvania Located 62m to Erie, 90m to PittsburghH1 Eligible Position Details

• Part-time, permanent
• Hospital Employee
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Excellent clinical and leadership skills
• 7 consecutive days (one week) a month; 12-hour shifts
• Open ICU coverage
• Average nightly admissions = 4
• Swing Shift Advanced Provider support (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) coverage
• Ample moonlighting opportunities
• Emergency Medicine physician available to assist with procedures as needed

• 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be converted for semi-private occupancy, yielding as many as 126 beds.
• A one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building adjoins the hospital via an enclosed walkway.
• A nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit are also located adjacent to the hospital.
• Medical Group provides a full range of health care services, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care, as well as highly specialized diagnostic and treatment procedures.
