We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Quality Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute process qualifications, supporting engineering and production teams to ensure stability and repeatability of manufacturing processes
• Perform root cause analysis using data and practical engineering methods to resolve product and process issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide inspection support (as needed), ensuring standards are met, but not as a primary function
• Utilize your plastics or molding experience (especially compression molding) to identify process improvements and product enhancements
• Participate in production trials, DOE studies, and capability assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, process troubleshooting, and corrective action implementation
• Experience with plastics manufacturing, especially compression molding, is a strong plus
• Working knowledge of metrology and data analysis tools (Keyence experience is a bonus, but not required)
