Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Leasing Consultant at our prestigious 200-unit, Class A Community in Sandy Springs, GA. We're seeking an enthusiastic sales professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences.

In this impactful role, you'll work within our intimate two-person office, showcasing our beautiful community to prospective residents and building meaningful connections that transform visitors into neighbors.
What You'll Do:

• Guide prospective residents through our community, highlighting amenities and features that match their unique needs
• Build relationships with potential residents, understanding their housing requirements and demonstrating how our community meets their lifestyle
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
• Contribute to marketing initiatives that showcase our community's distinctive advantages

What You'll Need:

• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service experience with a track record of exceeding goals
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
• Ability to work three weekends per month as part of our coverage schedule
• Self-motivation and comfort working in a collaborative, small office environment
