Overview

All In One Outdoor Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crew performance, and ensure that landscape installation projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role that requires strong field knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and lead landscape crew doing various landscape projects (shrub trimming, landscape design and installation, mulch installation, etc...)
2. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans
3. Ability to lead a crew of 2-6 workers (based on the tasks for the day)
4. Interpret landscape designs and job scopes to direct proper installation of sod, plants, trees, mulch, rock, edging, and hardscapes
5. Communicate daily with office staff and sales/project managers about job progress, delays, and field conditions
6. Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
7. Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity, craftsmanship, and safety awareness
8. Conduct quality control checks throughout the day and ensure punch lists are completed
9. Manage material needs along with the Project Manager
10. Submit jobsite photos, field notes, and crew hours via company app or systems.
11. Ability to install basic hardscaping (retaining walls, paver patios, etc) is a plus.
12. Minimum 3-5 Years Industry Experience in the Landscape Industry
13. Ability to speak professionally and courteously to clients when needed.
14. Ability to drive a truck and trailer, truck and dump trailer, and single axle dump trailer.
15. Ability to operate string trimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, and other types of handheld equipment
