???? What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the go-to for landscape enhancements—from estimating to execution. Think of yourself as part designer, part coach, and full-time problem-solver.

• Collaborate with managers to sell, estimate, and present enhancement projects.
• Meet and exceed sales and budget goals for enhancement work.
• Lead 1–4 enhancement teams , coaching crews and ensuring top-tier results.
• Partner with Irrigation and Branch Managers to schedule and staff efficiently.
• Train teams in safety, installation, and horticultural best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Help make every property—and every person on your team—better than before.

• A passion for landscaping and a strong sense of leadership.
• Physical ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• A sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a drive to exceed expectations.
