Job Description We are seeking an experienced Intune Migration Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and executing migration projects from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of migrating from AirWatch MDM to Microsoft Intune. Configure and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager, ensuring seamless deployment and management within Intune. Implement and manage iCloud backup solutions for corporate Apple iOS devices, ensuring data integrity and security. Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions as part of the MDM solution. Enroll Managed Apple ID into Mobile Message Archiving solution and setup text message forwarding. Provide technical support and training to end users during and after the migration process. Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM policies, procedures, and the configuration settings. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MDM technologies, especially related to Intune and Apple iOS. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in mobile device management, including direct experience with AirWatch and Microsoft Intune migrations. Strong knowledge of Apple iOS, including iCloud backup strategies and Apple Business Manager. Experience with Active Directory and its integration with MDM solutions. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations and migrations. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams. Strong communication and training skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
