About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Marriott-branded hotel. You'll be the heart of the hotel, overseeing everything from guest satisfaction to team development and financial performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions make a real impact. As GM, you'll champion Marriott standards while bringing your own dynamic leadership style to create a culture of service, integrity, and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and motivate all hotel departments to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and hotel performance metrics to meet and exceed goals.
Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment that reflects Marriott’s service values.
Collaborate with corporate leadership and ownership on strategic direction and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in hotel management (3+ years as a General Manager or AGM preferred).
Experience with Marriott or another major hotel brand strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of operations, revenue management, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Inspiring leadership style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
