EPICOR KINETIC DEVELOPER – CPQ CONFIGURATOR FOCUS

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For 15 years, GRIFFIN has been in the heart of Atlanta, delivering cutting-edge technical solutions that boost efficiency and drive revenue for our clients. We are currently looking for an Epicor Kinetic Developer with a specific focus on the Epicor CPQ Configurator . This role is ideal for someone with deep ERP development experience who can enhance and optimize product configuration capabilities to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable Epicor Kinetic solutions with a strong emphasis on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools, rules, and guided selling experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and develop custom solutions within Epicor Kinetic, especially focused on Epicor CPQ Configurator.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather configurator requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Build and maintain configuration rules, logic, and workflows using Epicor CPQ and Epicor Configurator tools.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, User Interface Customizations, and REST integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CPQ configuration and across Kinetic modules.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Use critical thinking and system analysis to solve complex business problems.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic development experience , including CPQ and Configurator tools.
• Strong experience building complex rules, constraints, and logic in Epicor CPQ (formerly KBMax) or Epicor Configurator.
• Broad understanding of the Epicor ERP ecosystem , including key modules such as Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with C#, BPMs, BAQs, REST APIs , and customizations within the Epicor Kinetic environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database modeling.
• Ability to author, debug, and optimize SQL queries.
• Experience with source code repositories (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of cloud-based ERP deployments and integrations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
