Job Details Job Location TND Chattanooga - Chattanooga, TN Description Job Title: Transportation Specialist, TNDR Chattanooga Re-Entry Center Reports to: Operations Manager Location: Chattanooga Classification: Part-time, non-exempt Shifts: Monday - Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm Alternating Weekends Saturday - Sunday 7:00am to 7:00pm Shifts pending program needs Mission: To provide a continuum of evidence-based services for women and their families impacted by addiction, mental illness, trauma and/or incarceration with Christ-centered compassionate care. Summary: To provide safety and security to an all-female population while transporting clients to and from all scheduled appointments. Primary Responsibilities and Duties include the following: Transport residents to and from employment locations. Complete incident report for significant encounters. Report vehicle mechanical issues as they arise. Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance. Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Valid Tennessee Driver's license F-Endorsement Driving License Minimum of 1-year comparable experience preferred Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily Self-motivated to ensure safety and security of residents Ability to make quality, ethical decisions independent of supervision when necessary All Employees will adhere to the following professional standards : Honor the agency mission: The Next Door Recovery provides a continuum of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery.
