Job Description: Good understanding of US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment processes. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizens, GCs). Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp). Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them. Evaluate candidates based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications. Understand client requirements and articulate resumes accordingly. Communicate with consultants regularly about submissions and interviews.
